        We are experienced at identifying these areas and will produce a plan to resolve them.


        System Specification

        ERP systems by their nature embrace the entire operational environment of the organisation. Determining the requirements of the business can be time consuming and requires an understanding of the capabilities of modern ERP systems.

        We can assist in this process by documenting the current and proposed working processes in an ERP system specification document. This document can then also be used as an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to any potential ERP vendors.
